  • 1 tin condensed milk
  • 2 cups grated or packaged coconut flakes
  • 1 cup crushed plain biscuits (Shirley, cream crackers, or similar)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder or chocolate drink powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence (optional)
  • Extra coconut or sprinkles for rolling

Method
 

  1. Crush the biscuits: Place biscuits in a bag and crush with a rolling pin or blend briefly until crumbly.
  2. Mix ingredients: In a bowl, combine crushed biscuits, cocoa powder, coconut, and condensed milk. Add vanilla if using. Mix until thick and sticky.
  3. Shape into bites: Scoop small portions and roll into balls using your hands.
  4. Coat for Valentine’s look: Roll the balls in coconut flakes or colorful sprinkles for a festive finish.
  5. Chill: Place in the fridge for 30–60 minutes until firm.
  6. Serve chilled and enjoy!
