Banana Crepes

This recipe calls for blended bananas with all the ingredients, then fried. It is very flavorful and sweet with natural banana flavors.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Water skip if using liquid milk
  • 2 Over ripe Bananas
  • ¼ tsp Baking powder
  • 4 tbsp Powdered Milk Or 1 cup of liquid milk skip powdered milk if using liquid milk.
  • 1 cup All purpose flour
  • ¼ tsp Salt
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2-3 tbsp Oil

  • Blender
  • Pan

Method
 

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Put the liquid or soft ingredients first at the bottom of the blender.
  2. Place a pan or crepe pan over medium heat and brush with some oil.
  3. Scoop and pour about ¼ to ½ cup of batter in the pan. Swirl the pan until the batter spreads all over the bottom of the pan.
  4. Cook for about a minute and flip sides. Cook again for about a minute.
  5. Remove from the pan and place on a plate. Let it cool, then roll it or put any filling you choose.
  6. Repeat the process with the rest of the batter until finished.
  7. Serve right away.
