Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Put the liquid or soft ingredients first at the bottom of the blender.
Place a pan or crepe pan over medium heat and brush with some oil.
Scoop and pour about ¼ to ½ cup of batter in the pan. Swirl the pan until the batter spreads all over the bottom of the pan.
Cook for about a minute and flip sides. Cook again for about a minute.
Remove from the pan and place on a plate. Let it cool, then roll it or put any filling you choose.
Repeat the process with the rest of the batter until finished.
Serve right away.
